  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the crust by using a pre-made graham cracker pie crust or making your own by crushing graham crackers and mixing with melted butter and sugar, then pressing into a pie dish and baking for 8-10 minutes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, softened cream cheese, and vanilla extract. Beat on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until combined.
  • Spoon the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Notes

For best results, chill overnight to allow flavors to meld.
