  • 8 ounces pasta (penne or rotini) Soaks up creamy sauce.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Makes the sauce rich.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Adds gooey texture.

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until onion is translucent.
  • Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute. Add diced tomatoes and beef broth. Bring to a boil.
  • Add pasta, reduce heat to simmer, cover, and cook for 10-12 minutes until pasta is al dente.
  • Stir in heavy cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts and sauce is creamy.
  • Remove from heat, let sit for a few minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
