- 1 cup heavy cream For creaminess.

- 2 cups fresh spinach For nutrition.

Prepare all ingredients by dicing vegetables, mincing garlic, and crumbling the sausage.
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add crumbled Italian sausage and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until browned.
Add diced onion, carrot, and celery to the pot. Sauté for 5 minutes, then add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
