Fettuccine Pasta
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Cut the sirloin steak into thin strips and season with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add steak strips, and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in beef broth and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Lower heat and stir in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
Add cooked fettuccine and steak back into the skillet with the creamy garlic sauce. Toss gently until well coated. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
Transfer to serving plates and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
