Pasta

  • 8 ounces fettuccine or spaghetti Choose your favorite pasta type.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For sautéing garlic.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic is key for flavor.
  • 1 cup heavy cream For creamy consistency.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Adds savory flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon salt Enhances flavors.
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Adds a subtle kick.
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional) For added heat.
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir well, then add the drained pasta and toss to coat.
  • Add grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir continuously for about 2-3 minutes until cheese melts and sauce is creamy.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Reserve some pasta water to adjust sauce consistency if needed.
