  • 1 cup heavy cream Makes the sauce creamy.

Instructions
 

  • Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer, scraping the bottom of the skillet. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian herbs until smooth.
  • Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and transfer to a preheated oven at 375°F. Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  • Let chicken rest for a few minutes, then garnish with parsley and serve.
