  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Used for cooking the chicken.
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Adds subtle garlic flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Enhances overall taste.
  • to taste salt and pepper Essential for seasoning.
  • 2 tablespoons butter Adds richness to the sauce.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Brings aroma and flavor.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Key ingredient for creamy sauce.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Adds salty, nutty flavor.
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces and seasoning with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook the fettuccine pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the seasoned chicken for about 5-7 until browned and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken and in the same skillet, melt butter, sauté minced garlic for about 1 until fragrant, then add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth, then return the chicken and add the drained fettuccine, tossing to coat.
  • Serve the pasta garnished with chopped parsley.
