- 3-4 pounds boneless and skinless turkey breast Best for easy cooking and slicing.
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries Provides tartness that balances the sweetness.

- 1/2 cup brown sugar Adds sweetness and helps caramelize the glaze.
- 1/4 cup honey Enhances the glaze's sweetness.

Rinse the turkey breast under cold water and pat dry. Trim excess fat and rub with olive oil.
In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, brown sugar, honey, mustard, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes, then cook for another 10 minutes until thickened.
Marinate the turkey in half of the glaze for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Roast the turkey for 1.5 to 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Brush the remaining glaze over the turkey 15 minutes before it's done. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
