Instructions
 

  • Rinse the chicken thighs under cold water and pat them dry. Season with salt and black pepper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine cranberries, orange juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and orange zest. Mix well.
  • Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken thighs for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Pour the cranberry-orange sauce over the chicken in the skillet. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Remove the skillet from the oven and let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
