Chicken Mixture

- 1 can (10.5-ounce) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 bag (32-ounce) frozen tater tots
- 0.5 cup green onions, sliced For garnish
