Linguine Pasta

  • 8 ounces linguine pasta
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook in olive oil for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  • Boil salted water and cook linguine according to package instructions for 8-10 minutes until al dente.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter, then add garlic, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Combine cooked chicken with the butter sauce, add Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice, and heat for 2-3 minutes.
  • Toss in cooked linguine, mix well, and stir in parsley and Parmesan cheese before serving.
