  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken thighs in a large bowl with salt and pepper for 15 minutes.
  • Prepare the Cowboy Butter Sauce by mixing softened butter, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, smoked paprika, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a medium bowl.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the marinated chicken thighs in a baking dish and coat with the Cowboy Butter Sauce.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
