  • 1 package (12 oz) frozen potstickers The star of the dish.

Instructions
 

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent. Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour in chicken or vegetable broth and water. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Bring to a gentle simmer. Carefully add frozen potstickers and cook according to package instructions, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in baby spinach and let it wilt for about 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve warm.
