Frozen Pierogi

  • 2 cups frozen pierogi Choose potato and cheese or your favorite variety.
  • 1 pound kielbasa Sliced into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1 medium onion Diced.
  • 2 cups sauerkraut Drained and rinsed.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese For gooey, melty goodness.
  • 1 cup sour cream Adds creaminess.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper To taste.
  • fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Prep the ingredients by slicing kielbasa, dicing onion, and measuring sauerkraut and cheese.
  • Assemble the casserole by greasing the crockpot and layering half of the ingredients.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.

Notes

Can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
