  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional) For a delightful crunch.

Instructions
 

  • Mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl. Add warmed milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until a dough forms and knead for 5 minutes.
  • Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm area for 60 minutes until doubled in size.
  • Prepare the cinnamon filling by mixing cinnamon, brown sugar, and nuts in a bowl.
  • Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the filling, and roll tightly into a log. Slice into 1-inch rolls.
  • Place rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F and bake rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls.
