Chicken Filling
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 package cream cheese, softened 8 oz
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough 8 oz
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped optional
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken and softened cream cheese. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Place about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle. Roll the dough over the filling and tuck in the sides. Place on a greased baking sheet.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Brush tops of chicken pillows with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
