  • 1 medium red bell pepper Sliced.
  • 1 medium green bell pepper Sliced.
  • 3 cloves garlic Minced.
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder For flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon cumin For flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika For flavor.
  • salt and pepper To taste.
  • 1 lime juiced For a zesty finish.
  • fresh cilantro Chopped for garnish.
  • tortillas For serving.

Instructions
 

  • Slice the chicken breasts, onion, and bell peppers into thin strips and mince the garlic.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken, season with salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, and paprika. Cook for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  • Add sliced onion and bell peppers to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5-6 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute. Remove from heat and squeeze lime juice over the mixture.
  • Serve the chicken and vegetable mixture in warm tortillas, garnished with fresh cilantro.
