  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and combine with diced ham and shredded Swiss cheese in a large bowl.
  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and spread the chicken, ham, and cheese mixture evenly in the bottom.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika until smooth. Pour this mixture over the chicken and ham in the baking dish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
