Ingredients
  

Filling

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
  • Sour cream and salsa for serving

Instructions
 

  • Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and simmer for a few minutes, then let cool slightly.
  • Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  • Place a spoonful of cooled taco meat on the wide end of each triangle, add cheese, tomatoes, olives, and onions.
  • Roll up each triangle from the wide end and tuck in the sides.
  • Place rolled sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F and brush tops with beaten egg.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • Let cool slightly before serving with sour cream and salsa.
