Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • Steam the broccoli and cauliflower florets until tender but still crisp, about 3-5.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with the chicken broth until smooth. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and optional red pepper flakes. Stir well.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, and cauliflower. Pour the creamy cheese mixture over the top and stir until well coated. Transfer to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake for 25-30 until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
