Chicken
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Prepare the chicken by shredding it into bite-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken with cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Lay out the flour tortillas and spoon an equal amount of the chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla. Add fresh spinach leaves, diced tomatoes, and chopped green onions on top.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
