- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 ounces
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 bag Doritos, crushed 9 ounces
- 1 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies canned
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Shred your cooked chicken and mix it with cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
Gently stir in the diced tomatoes with green chilies and half of the crushed Doritos.
Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and layer half of the chicken mixture, followed by half of the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese. Repeat with the remaining chicken mixture and cheese, then top with the remaining crushed Doritos.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
