Chicken
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cooked broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Prepare the chicken by boiling or baking until fully cooked, then shred into bite-sized pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, cooked broccoli, cooked rice, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well blended.
Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Mix breadcrumbs with olive oil and sprinkle over the cheesy chicken mixture.
