Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and the egg. Then, add the minced garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into patties about 1/2 inch thick and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Optionally, add a small amount of shredded cheese on top of each patty before baking.
  • Bake the patties in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
