Filling
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup coleslaw mix
- 1 package egg roll wrappers (about 20 wrappers)
- Vegetable oil for frying
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7. Drain excess fat, then stir in garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2.
Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheddar cheese and coleslaw mix until well combined.
Assemble the egg rolls by placing about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each wrapper. Fold and roll tightly, sealing with water.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or pot over medium-high heat. Fry egg rolls in batches for 3-4 until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
