Chicken
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz can.
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag frozen tater tots 16 oz bag.
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Shred your cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir until well combined.
Mix half of the shredded cheddar cheese into the chicken mixture.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Layer the frozen tater tots on top in a single layer.
Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven, sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and sliced green onions on top, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
