Crust
- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 0.5 cups unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Filling
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 0.75 cups granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups peeled and diced apples (about 2 medium apples)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 0.5 cups caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Preheat your oven to 325°F. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
