Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Filling

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 0.75 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups peeled and diced apples (about 2 medium apples)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cups caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Toss diced apples with cinnamon and fold into the cream cheese mixture. Pour over the crust and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes until the center is set and edges are lightly golden. Let cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.
