- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Prepare a 9-inch springform pan by lining it with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, vanilla extract, and salt, mixing until well combined.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then add heavy cream and mix until combined. Sift in flour and gently fold it in.
