Cream Cheese

  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
 

  • Prepare a 9-inch springform pan by lining it with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, vanilla extract, and salt, mixing until well combined.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then add heavy cream and mix until combined. Sift in flour and gently fold it in.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is browned and the center is slightly jiggly.
  • Let the cheesecake cool in the pan for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
