Buffalo Chicken Filling
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions optional
- cooking spray
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, and softened cream cheese. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll it up, sealing the edges tightly.
Place the bombs seam side down on a greased baking sheet. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
