- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
Prepare the chicken by boiling or baking until fully cooked, then shred it into bite-sized pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, combine halved cherry tomatoes and chopped basil. Drizzle in balsamic vinegar and olive oil, then sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir gently until well coated.
