Brioche Buns
- 2 large brioche buns Soft, buttery buns are the star of the show.
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream Feel free to use your favorite flavor.
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips Add a delightful crunch.
- 1/4 cup crushed nuts Optional for added crunch.
- 1 tablespoon melted butter For brushing the brioche before toasting.
Prepare the brioche dough by combining flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add eggs and melted butter, then knead until smooth.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Shape the dough into buns and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Allow the brioche to cool on a wire rack for a few minutes.
Slice the cooled brioche buns in half, brush with melted butter, and toast for 5-7 minutes until golden.
