Instructions
 

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Melt the Biscoff spread and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the white chocolate chips until melted.
  • Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies on top and press gently. Chill for at least 120 minutes.

Notes

Consider adding a pinch of sea salt on top before chilling for enhanced flavor.
