Biscoff Crust
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 pieces ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup Biscoff cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup whipped cream (for topping)

Crush the Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs and spread half in the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking dish.
In a medium saucepan, combine whole milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Whisk over medium heat until thickened (5-7 minutes). Stir in vanilla extract and cool for 10 minutes.
Spread half of the banana pudding over the crushed Biscoff cookies, add a layer of sliced bananas, and repeat with remaining ingredients.
Drizzle caramel sauce over the top layer of bananas, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
