Instructions
 

  • Prepare all ingredients by washing and slicing the mushrooms, dicing the onion, and mincing the garlic.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté for 3 minutes until translucent. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add ground beef and brown for 5-7 minutes, draining excess fat.
  • Stir in sliced mushrooms, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook for 5 minutes until mushrooms are tender. Whisk together flour and beef broth until smooth, then pour into skillet with Worcestershire sauce. Stir and bring to a simmer, cooking for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
  • Reduce heat to low and stir in sour cream until fully combined. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  • Serve cooked egg noodles topped with Beef Stroganoff mixture and garnish with chopped parsley.
