Instructions
 

  • Prepare the frozen potstickers by keeping them handy for later use.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  • Add sliced onion and minced garlic, sauté for 2-3 minutes until onion is translucent. Then add bell peppers and broccoli, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Add frozen potstickers, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and black pepper. Stir gently and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle chopped green onions on top for garnish. Serve immediately.
