Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for breadcrumbs, optional)

Instructions
 

  • Cook the elbow macaroni in a large pot of salted water until al dente, about 7-8. Drain and set aside.
  • Shred the cooked chicken and mix with BBQ sauce in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add cooked macaroni, milk, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt to the chicken mixture. Stir until well combined.
  • Stir in shredded sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, reserving some for topping.
  • Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with breadcrumbs mixed with olive oil and reserved cheeses. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 until bubbly and golden brown.
