  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise Base for the bang bang sauce.
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce Adds sweetness and spice.

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For aromatic flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder Adds warmth and depth.

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  • Cook white rice according to package instructions. Set aside and keep warm.
  • In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Assemble bowls with rice at the bottom, followed by turkey and vegetables. Drizzle with bang bang sauce and garnish with green onions.
