Chicken

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust for spice preference
  • 8 pieces wooden skewers soaked in water for 30 minutes if using wooden skewers

Bang Bang Sauce

  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha adjust for spice preference
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken by mixing chicken cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Prepare the skewers by soaking wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using wooden skewers. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving space between pieces.
  • Preheat the grill over medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has grill marks.
  • Let the skewers rest for a few minutes before serving.
