  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional, for heat)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces and seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Make the bang bang sauce by combining mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a bowl and whisking until smooth.
  • Cook the seasoned chicken in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
  • Assemble the bowl by dividing jasmine rice among bowls, topping with chicken, vegetables, and drizzling with bang bang sauce.
