Chicken

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  • In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to make the Bang Bang sauce.
  • Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs. Dredge chicken pieces in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken pieces in batches for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Serve the crispy chicken with Bang Bang sauce drizzled on top or on the side for dipping.

Notes

For a healthier option, consider baking or air frying the chicken instead of frying.
