Ingredients
  

Puff Pastry

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 8 ounces Brie cheese cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce homemade or store-bought
  • 1 each egg beaten, for egg wash
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped, optional
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 2-inch squares.
  • Place a square of puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Add a cube of Brie cheese and a teaspoon of cranberry sauce in the center. Optionally sprinkle with rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • Fold the corners of the pastry square over the filling and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
  • Brush the tops of the pastry with the beaten egg and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
