Puff Pastry
- 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
- 8 ounces Brie cheese cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce homemade or store-bought
- 1 each egg beaten, for egg wash
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped, optional
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 2-inch squares.
Place a square of puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Add a cube of Brie cheese and a teaspoon of cranberry sauce in the center. Optionally sprinkle with rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Fold the corners of the pastry square over the filling and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
Brush the tops of the pastry with the beaten egg and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
