Salmon Fillets
- 2 6-ounce salmon fillets fresh or thawed
- 4 ounces Boursin cheese (garlic & herb flavor)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets skin-side down.
In a small bowl, mix together the Boursin cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried dill, salt, and pepper. Spread it evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
Sprinkle a little extra salt and pepper on top if desired.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Optionally, broil for the last 2-3 minutes for a crispy topping.
Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
