Ingredients
  

Salmon Fillets

  • 2 6-ounce salmon fillets fresh or thawed
  • 4 ounces Boursin cheese (garlic & herb flavor)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets skin-side down.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the Boursin cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried dill, salt, and pepper. Spread it evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
  • Sprinkle a little extra salt and pepper on top if desired.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Optionally, broil for the last 2-3 minutes for a crispy topping.
  • Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
