  • 2 ripe bananas Mashed for sweetness.
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts Adds crunch and healthy fats.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances flavor.
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional) For extra sweetness.
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil For greasing the baking dish.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, maple syrup, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until fully incorporated. Fold in walnuts and raisins if using.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 9x9-inch baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
